HARDEEVILLE, S.C. - To end the regular season, the USCB softball team recognized its two seniors on the team - Hoolie Garcia and Charli Shepheard - on Saturday afternoon at Richard Gray Stadium, as the Sand Sharks fell to Keiser, 9-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
After leaving two runners on base in the first, Keiser plated a solo run in the second to take the lead.Â
The Sand Sharks got on the board in the bottom of the third when Coleman scored Reynolds on a run-scoring groundout. The at-bat tied the game at 1-1.Â
Keiser's offense exploded in the fourth by scoring seven runs in the top of the inning.Â
After carrying a seven-run lead into the fifth, the Seahawks picked up the crucial eight-run difference in the top of the fifth to take the 9-1 lead.
USCB tried to score one run to force a sixth inning, but the Sand Sharks went 1-2-3 in the 9-1 loss.Â
