JP Moery enters his second season as volunteer assistant coach for the Sand Sharks.
Prior to joining the Sand Sharks, JP Moery was commissioner of the Alexandria, VA Tsunami travel softball program and coach of its 18U team. His dedication to fostering character and sportsmanship in youth athletics earned him the ed Champion of Character Award from Fairfax County, Virginia.
His daughters are collegiate athletes. Grace competed at Washington College and earned Player of the Year honors in the Centennial Conference. Katie Jo, a three year letter winner and team captain at the University of Maine is set to completer her senior at Kent State University this season.
