Betsy Walters joined the USCB Athletics Department staff in 2018 as the Academic Coordinator. In 2020, she was promoted to Director of Athletics Compliance, where she oversees all 13 USCB sports for compliance, rules education and academics.
Prior to her time at USCB, Walters served as assistant to the Athletics Director at the University of Hartford in West Hartford, CT. During her time in Connecticut, Walters was a member of the West Hartford Field Hockey program, where she served as head coach for several years.
Walters is a native of Virginia and proud alumnus of Virginia Commonwealth University. She is the proud mom of three children, Tucker, Grace, and Libby, and Walters and her husband, Jeff, live on Hilton Head Island.
