Berkley Hall began her first year as Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for USCB Athletics during the summer of 2025.
A native of Ashland, Virginia, Hall brings a dynamic blend of academic expertise and practical experience to the Sand Shark program. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from UNC Wilmington (2019), where she was recruited as a goalkeeper for the women’s soccer team. After one season with the Seahawks, she shifted her focus to academics, later earning her master’s degree in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University in 2023.
Most recently, Hall spent 18 months with Athletico at Fort Jackson, where she coached, educated, and supervised performance and wellness programs for military cadre, drill sergeants, and trainees. Her work emphasized injury prevention and performance optimization in a demanding, high-stress environment—experience that translates directly to the needs of collegiate athletes.
While serving as a graduate assistant at Appalachian State, Hall was the primary strength coach for the women’s tennis team and throwers in track & field, while also assisting with cross country, cheerleading, and women’s golf. Her ability to adapt across sports and training needs highlights her versatility and commitment to athlete development.
In addition to her strength and conditioning work, Hall has developed a strong foundation in sports nutrition, regularly assessing and tailoring nutritional strategies to support athlete health and performance. She is also a competitive Olympic weightlifter, bringing a personal passion for precision, strength, and discipline to her professional approach.
Outside the weight room, Hall enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab, Beau, and her cat, Milo.
