Jacob Pusateri enters his second season on USCB’s coaching staff in 2027, serving as Head Coach Brian Lewis’ bench coach & catching coordinator.
A native of Gilbert, Arizona, joined the Sand Sharks after serving as an assistant for Bridges Preparatory School, a SCHSL member and head coach for the Port City Anchors, a member of the Charleston Collegiate League. Pusateri led the Anchors to their first regular season title in league history and a post-season runner-up finish.
Prior to his stop at Bridges Prep, he served in the Marine Corps for 9 years. Throughout his career he served in various athletic roles, including Vice President of the South Texas Little League from 2022-2024.
Pusateri earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from American Military University in 2024, followed by a Master’s degree in Sports Management in 2026, from Texas A&M. He is currently pursuing his Masters of Business Administration from Arizona State.
