The threat of rain Friday and Saturday has forced the University of South Carolina Beaufort baseball and softball teams to rearrange their weekend schedules.

The baseball team's home series with Fisher College is in limbo because of the expected rain. The teams were scheduled to play doubleheaders Saturday and Sunday, but they now will attempt to play a single game at 1 p.m. Friday and a doubleheader as scheduled starting at noon Sunday. 

The softball team's doubleheader at Truett-McConnell on Friday has been postponed with no make-up date set. The Sand Sharks' doubleheader at Emmanuel College has been pushed back from Saturday to Sunday and is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m.
