JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - To rebound after a series loss, the USCB baseball team quickly got back in the win column on Tuesday, Feb. 23, as the Sand Sharks swept the road doubleheader at Edward Waters, 20-11 and 8-3, to move back over .500 overall.

HOW GAME ONE HAPPENED
Of the 20 runs in the game, USCB scored all of the runs in the first three innings. In fact, the Sand Shark offense batted around in the second inning to amount for 14 runs in the frame.
USCB added on with five runs in the third frame and was unable to score again in the seven-inning contest.
Edward Waters tallied six runs from the fourth inning-on, but USCB stayed strong to claim the nine-run win.

HOW GAME TWO HAPPENED
USCB and Edward Waters exchanged three runs in its respective first inning.
The Sand Sahrks rattled off four combined runs in the third and fourth inning, including a three-run fourth frame.
USCB added one more insurance run in the top of the seven, as the Sand Sharks claimed the five-run win over the Tigers - 8-3.
The USCB pitching staff settled in after the first inning, as it tossed six straight scoreless innings.
