MIAMI LAKES, FLORIDA – The University of South Carolina Beaufort men's golf team completed play at the Battle at the Lakes tournament at Miami Lakes Golf Club on Tuesday. The Sand Sharks captured the team title, while Dylan Allen topped the individual leaderboard with a first-place finish.

USCB finished at 22-under par with a total score of 842. The Sand Sharks were led by individual champion Dylan Allen, who posted a 206 (-10).

Allen recorded three rounds under par, highlighted by an opening-round 66 (-6). He finished with a 206 (66-69-71) to lead the field. Allen totaled 17 birdies, tying for the most in the tournament alongside teammate Aaron Williams, and added 25 pars. He also recorded two eagles during the event.

Aaron Williams was the second Sand Shark to finish in the top five, placing with a total of 210. His best round came in the opening round with a 69, followed by rounds of 70 and 71. Williams finished all three rounds under par and matched the tournament high with 17 birdies. He also recorded 28 pars across the three rounds.

Octavio Laurent tied for 13th overall with a 215 (77-69-69), closing the tournament with back-to-back rounds of 69 (-3). Laurent totaled 31 pars, tying for the team high, and added 13 birdies.

Nikolai Holme tied for 17th overall with a total score of 216, highlighted by a round of 70 (-2). He recorded 13 birdies and 29 pars over the three rounds.

Christofer Hammar was the fifth Sand Shark to finish inside the top 30, tying for 30th overall with a score of 220. He posted two even-par rounds and led the team with 31 pars, while adding nine birdies and one eagle.

The tournament marks the final competition for the Sand Sharks before the Peach Belt Conference Championship, which will be held in St. Augustine, Florida, at King & Bear Golf Course.
