2009 RESULTS- 9/9 Gamecock Invitational 19:00 (13th), 9/26 Citadel Invitational 31:53 (31st), 10/10 Disney World Classic 32:07 (157), 10/22 Armstrong Dual 18:33 (2nd), 11/7 Sun Conference championships 35:12 (47th).

Taylor was born June 8th, 1991 and is the son of Susan Mason and Robert Mitter.  He graduated from James Island Charter High School in 2009.  While at JICHS, Taylor was a multi letter winner in both corss country and track for Coach David Lee. On the track, Taylor was an All County performer at 400 meters and was a top ten finisher at the county meet in cross country.  He was also the Class President during his Freshman and Sophomore years at JICHS.
