Stephen was born February 22, 1990 and is the son of Ralph and Trina Wilson.  A 2008 graduate of Wando High School, Stephen led his high school team to the SC 4A state championship in 2007 with a fourth place finish.  On the track during his senior year, he won three titiles at the regional championships and then anchored Wando to the state championship in the 4 x 800.  He also had a second place finish in the 3200 and was fourth in the 1600 at the same state meet.  Stephen has personal bests of 1:58 (800), 4:29 (1600) and 9:51 (3200).  His high school coach was Harold Fallis.
