Brady Grogan enters his third season with the USCB women's basketball program in 2025–26, where he oversees scouting, recruiting, and post player development.
Before joining the Sand Sharks, Grogan spent two seasons (2021–2023) as an assistant coach at Heidelberg University. During his time there, he contributed to all aspects of the program, including player development, game preparation, and recruiting.
Grogan began his coaching career at the high school level and also served in various support roles at the collegiate level prior to his time at Heidelberg. He previously worked under current Virginia Tech Head Coach Megan Duffy during her tenure at Miami University.
