Bluffton, SC-The USCB Sand Shark Soccer team earned their first win of the season today against Warren Wilson College of Asheville, NC.  Lauren Cornett scored the only goal of the game in the fourth minute off of a corner kick taken by Kristen Voight.  The Sand Sharks continued to attack and totaled 26 shots, 17 on goal, but was unable to find the back of the net the rest of the game. The strong and consistent attack was enough to limit the visiting Owls to six shots on goal for the game and maintain the shutout.  USCB moves to 1-12 on the season and will host Newberry College tomorrow at 3:00 pm.
