Sand Shark Soccer Hosts Southeastern Thursday

USCB (7-8-1, 3-4 TSC) vs. Southeastern (3-11, 1-6), 3 p.m. Thursday

The University of South Carolina Beaufort women's soccer team looks to extend its winning streak to a school-record four games when the Sand Sharks host Southeastern in a Sun Conference contest Thursday afternoon at Fin Land Field. The Sand Sharks are coming off a 1-0 win at St. Andrews University on Sunday after upsetting rival SCAD Savannah 2-1 on Friday - their first win over a team receiving votes in the NAIA Coaches Top 25. USCB needs a win to stay in position to host a quarterfinal match in the Sun Conference Tournament. The Sand Sharks also can match last season's conference win total with a victory.
