BABSON PARK, Fla. - Robbie McKinney provided a multi-hit game for the Sand Sharks, but the USCB baseball team fell to Webber International, 14-2, on Friday night to open the three-game conference series.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Webber International jumped out to a four-run lead in the first two innings. WIU's Carlo Mancillas and Norberto Navarro combined for all four RBIs for the Warriors.Â
USCB plated its first runs in the third inning to cut the deficit in half, 4-2. Vazquez started the rally with a single. After two hit by pitches, McKinney drove in one run with a RBI single. With two outs, Wenthe smacked a double to right center to account for the two Sand Shark runs.
WIU plated 10 unanswered runs from the bottom of the fourth to the eighth inning. The Sand Shark offense was held in check, as it could only muster one hit in that span.
