HARDEEVILLE, S.C. - USCB softball picked up where it left off on Saturday securing two more wins, an 8-7 walk-off thriller in game one and a 2-0 victory in game two Saturday at Richard Gray Stadium in Hardeeville.

How it Happened GM One
Limestone scored early off starter Emily Williams to make it 1-0, but Reynolds stayed hot, scorching a double into the gap, scoring Alte and tying the game at 1-1.
The two teams remained scoreless until the fourth when the Saints pushed two across the plate.
Zinia Hampleton worked a bases-loaded walk in the fifth, and Ramirez singled to right giving the Sand Sharks its first lead of the game.
LU's Santana Anderson recorded a sac fly to right to tie the game at four in the sixth inning.
In the top of the eighth, Anderson and Katie Wilbur each collected run-scoring hits to give Limestone a 6-4 lead.
However USCB continued to battle in the bottom half of the inning when Daryn Miller singled up the middle to score Taylor VanHouse. Reynolds reached on a fielding error by the left fielder, which scored two runs and gave the Sand Sharks the walk-off victory in extra innings.

How it Happened GM Two
Kinlaw put together another dominating outing in game two, tossing a complete game shutout, while allowing only two hits, two walks and striking out five.
Alte's bat stayed hot, as she went 1-for-2 en route to recording a sac fly in the first inning to plate Smith.
Alte also collected a RBI single to right in the third to cap the scoring for the Sand Sharks.

USCB will host Savannah State and West Virginia State next Saturday and Sunday at Richard Gray Stadium for the Lowcountry Classic. The two-day tournament begins on Saturday with three games followed by two games on Sunday.
