BLUFFTON -- Kassi Martin scored two early goals for the Sand Sharks in the first half, but the Saints knotted the game in the first half and went on to score two more goals in the second half to take a key conference game from USCB 4-2 Tuesday afternoon at Fin Land Field. 

Martin put USCB up in just the sixth minute with a rocket of a shot from just inside the box. She added her second goal of the game six minutes later with another strong shot, this time outside of the 18-yard box and the Sand Sharks were off and running early.  

The Saints however wouldn't be down for long, scoring 60 seconds later to cut the deficit to one. Andrea Fernandez knotted the game at two in the 33rd minute after Paige Churchill sent a cross into the box and found Fernandez for the header. Beaufort had a couple of chances as the half came to a close but thew two teams went into the break tied at two.  

USCB battled throughout the second half, but Flagler scored twice more and held on for the victory. The Sand Sharks travel to Clayton State on Saturday for a key conference game with the Lakers as the conference standings take place in the final weeks of the season.
