BLUFFTON, SOUTH CAROLINA — The University of South Carolina Beaufort men's basketball team has released its upcoming 2026-27 schedule as the Sand Sharks look to return to the Peach Belt Conference Tournament.

USCB finished last season with a 19-10 overall record and a 13-7 conference record, earning a spot in the PBC Tournament for the second consecutive season. The Sand Sharks will look to make it three straight postseason appearances with a 28-game schedule, in addition to three scrimmage/exhibition games.

The Sand Sharks will have 16 home games and 12 games on the road this season. USCB will also host the Regional Challenge Tournament, which will feature games against Eckerd College and Francis Marion.

USCB will open the season at home, with the opening tip-off of the 2026-27 season set for November 10 against UNC Pembroke at 6:00 p.m. That will begin a stretch of five consecutive home games to open the season at the cove, including seven of the first eight games at home.

The first road game will come on November 28 against Lee in Cleveland, Tennessee. The conference opener will be against USCA at The Cove on Wednesday, December 2, followed by a matchup against Lander on December 5.

USCB will then have two straight road games against Augusta and Middle Georgia. The Sand Sharks will close conference play before the winter break against Georgia College on December 16.

The final game before the New Year will be a non-conference matchup against Eckerd College at 1:00 p.m. in St. Petersburg, Florida.

USCB will begin the New Year with a matchup against Clayton State on Saturday, January 2, at The Cove. Two of the next three games will be at home, with Columbus State visiting on January 9, followed by Georgia Southwestern State on January 13.

The month of January will conclude with two of three games on the road, beginning with a January 23 matchup against USCA, followed by a home game against Augusta. The January 30 matchup against Lander will close out the month.

The final month of the regular season will begin on the road against Georgia College before the Sand Sharks return home to face Middle Georgia. Three of the final five games will be on the road, with the two home games coming against Flagler on February 17, followed by North Georgia on February 27.

Following the regular season, the Peach Belt Conference Tournament will run from March 3 through March 7.
