BLUFFTON, SOUTH CAROLINA — The Peach Belt Conference has released its annual preseason coaches poll rankings for the upcoming 2026-27 men's basketball season, as voted on by the conference coaches. USCB was picked fifth in the conference for this upcoming season.
Lander led the way in the men's conference preseason poll, earning nine first-place votes and 99 total points. Columbus State finished second with 86 points and one first-place vote. Flagler rounded out the top three with 74 points.
North Georgia finished fourth with 69 points, just ahead of the Sand Sharks, who totaled 63 points to round out the top five. The Pacers of USCA earned the remaining first-place vote and finished sixth with 60 points.
Augusta was ranked seventh with 43 points, followed by Georgia College & State in eighth with 42 points. Georgia Southwestern finished ninth with 37 points, followed by Middle Georgia and Clayton State.
