TAMPA, Fla. - Senior Marc Sweeney and sophomore Jacob Thomas were named to the Sun Conference All-Academic team, as the Sand Shark duo displayed excellence in the classroom.

To be named to the Sun Conference All-Academic team, the student-athlete must have been at USCB for two or more full semesters and have a cumulative grade-point average of 3.5 or higher. 

Sweeney graduated from USCB with a 3.68 GPA and a degree in business administration, and Thomas totes a 3.58 GPA and is also majoring in business administration.
