DAHLONEGA, GEORGIA – The University of South Carolina Beaufort women's golf team wrapped up the first two rounds of the LeeAnn Noble Memorial tournament on Monday, finishing the day in 15th place with a team total of 627.
Anderson University leads the team leaderboard with a score of 562 after two rounds. Individually, Anderson's Aly Francis sits atop the leaderboard heading into the final day.
McLain Neal led the way for the Sand Sharks with a two-round total of 152. She posted her best score in round two with a 75 and currently sits in 50th place. Neal tallied a team-high five birdies and added 19 pars across both rounds.
Tatiana Ruesta is tied for 61st overall with a total of 156, following a 75 in round one and an 81 in round two. She recorded a team-high 22 pars and two birdies.
Camila Giordani stands tied for 70th after second-round score of 78, improving from her first round. Giordani notched four birdies and 18 pars through two rounds.
Manon Tortelier shot a consistent 82 in both rounds for a total of 164. She finished the two round day with 16 pars and four birdies.
Izzy Codling rounded out the lineup with a two-round total of 166, tied for 87th. After a 88 in the opening round, she improved her round two total with a 78 in round two. Codling recorded two birdies and 18 pars on the day.
The Sand Sharks return to the course Tuesday morning for the final round of the LeeAnn Noble Memorial tournament.
