2009 Results-9/4 Gamecock Invitational 21:22 (8th), 9/19 Sand Shark Invitational 21:39 (7th), 9/26 Citadel Invitational 21:30 (15th), 10/10 Disney World Invitational 21:56 (119), 10/24 Southeast Classic 22:28 (114), 11/7 Sun Conference Championships 22:50 (21st).


Amy was born on August 5, 1991 and is the daughter of Gina Williams and John Williams.  She graduated from James Island Charter High School in 2009.  While a student at James Island, Amy was awarded five varsity letters in track and cross country and also received the Most Improved Award in 2007 and the Coaches Award in 2008.  She also was an All-Conference selection her senior year.  She was coached at JICHS by David Lee.
