GREENEVILLE, TN-The USCB women's golf team shot a third round score of 324 on Thursday and are currently in 17th place midway through the third round at the NAIA Women's Golf Championship being held at the Link Hills Country Club in Greeneville, TN. The Sand Sharks played in the morning round of the bottom 13 teams in the 25 team tournament. The 324 score gives USCB a 54 hole total of 989 going into Friday's final round.

Kelli Nakano fired a third round 78 for the best Sand Shark score of the day. Adriana Saavedra had a third round score of 81 while both Phyllis Langley and Kendra Collins each had their best tournament rounds shooting scores of 82 and 83 respectively on the 6041 yard, par 73 course. Sophie Henke continues to lead USCB with a three day total of 242 (79, 80, 83).

The tournament will conclude on Friday with the final 18 holes of the 72 hole tournament. The Sand Sharks are again expected to play in the morning round.
