BLUFFTON, S.C. - For the first time this year, Jacob Thomas was named the Continental Athletic Conference Golfer of the Week for his performance at the DI Savannah Intercollegiate. 

Thomas finished in a tie for 34th at the outing from Feb. 18-19. He finished the tournament at 7-over 223 and was highlighted by his even-par 72, second round score. Over the 54-hole tournament, Thomas posted nine birdies and 33 pars.

Thomas and the USCB men's golf team concludes play on Tuesday at the Spring Skyhawk Invitational in Newnan, Ga.
