Top Plays: Mitchell paces field; wins three straight races

BLUFFTON -- To win any cross country race at the collegiate level is an accomplishment, but to win three in a row is a rare feat. Jacob Mitchell did that during the 2023 cross country season.

Mitchell paced the field at the Brewton-Parker Invitational in September with a time of 27:21.14, he followed that up witha dual meet win against Savannah State finishing the 4K with a time of 13:49.8. He finished up the 2023 regular season with his third straight win at the Georgia Southern Fall Classic posting a time of 26:25.00.
