HARDEEVILLE, S.C. - Cam Dimidjian was mobbed by his teammates after Brock Thibodeaux threw out Claflin's Da'Avion Sumpter, completing a historic out, as Dimidjian recorded USCB's first perfect game in program history Saturday afternoon in Hardeeville as the Sand Sharks defeated the Panthers, 10-0.
The Jefferson Hills, Pa. native went the distance - in a mercy rule victory- striking out eight without allowing a base runner.

How it Happened
Dimidjian was locked in from the opening pitch, as the Panthers couldn't muster anything off the southpaw.
After both teams went 1-2-3 in the first, USCB broke through in the second after Thiboodeaux ripped a two-run base knock.
USCB would add another six runs over the next three innings, and Brevon Harper invoked the mercy rule in the bottom of sixth with an RBI double.
The Sand Shark starter trotted back to the mound in the top of the seventh and got the Panthers top of the order to go down in order, securing a piece of USCB baseball history.
