MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. - Following a pair of impressive offensive outbursts in a midweek series with Iowa Wesleyan, USCB baseball could only muster one run against the Bobcats, dropping the opener 11-1 in eight innings Friday night.

How it Happened
USCB's potent offense was shut down until the seventh when Kennedy smacked an RBI double to right.
The Bobcats' Josh Hudgins kept the Sand Sharks off the boards during his six innings of work, recording a strikeout per inning.
Georgia College plated a solo run in the second and then pushed across five runs in the fourth. Mason Spivey hit a solo home run in the fifth, and the Bobcats added one more in the seventh before scoring three in the eighth, invoking the mercy rule.
